Our lives are filled with many different occupations. We all have many different aspects that make us unique individuals. Our occupations go further than just our person, but extend out to areas such as caring for family members or pets, using computers or phones to communicate, being able to use public transportation, or even getting into and out of a car.
IADLS also include how to establish health routines, maintain our house work, make meals, participate in our religious or spiritual activities, understanding safe versus unsafe environments, or making a shopping list and then following a shopping a list.
